Nyonya Asam Fish 娘惹亚参鱼

 

Instructions:
1. Asam Pedas - Add 120g paste to 500ml of water and bring to boil. Add in fish (around 800g for 3 person) and let it cook for around 15 minutes. For garnishing, you can add in some ladies finger and brinjals.
2. Steam Fish - 60g of paste to 30ml water with 800g fish.
3. For Stir Fry - Add 120g of paste and add 50ml water to half a chicken or 800g meat.
