Tomyam Steamed Fish

Instructions:
1. Clean the fish properly (remove scales, guts, gills, etc.) and pat dry
2. Lay the fish on a plate and top the fish with 1/2 of the cut ginger strips to helps remove fishy smell.
3. Placed in on the pot with hot boiling water. Steamed about 10 minutes and pour the fish water once done steaming
4. Pour TOMYAM paste over the fish and continue to 5 more minutes
5. Garnish with spring onion and ready to serve

步骤:
1. 清洗鱼(去除鱼鳞、内脏、鱼鳃等)
2. 把鱼放在盘子里,在鱼上面放上 1/2 切好的姜丝,以去除鱼腥味。
3. 热水沸腾将鱼放入锅中,蒸10分钟左右,蒸好后倒入鱼水。
4. 将TOMYAM酱倒在鱼身上,继续蒸多5分钟
5. 撒上葱花即可上桌
