Pan Mee is one of the traditional Hakka noodles. In the early days, it was called "Dao Ma Qie". In Hakka dialect, "Dao Ma" means big knife. Since the noodle making machine has not been widely used, the chefs all use glass empty bottles to make the noodles. The dough is rolled flat and then cut into strips with a knife, hence the name Soup Pan Mee. Soup pan mee is generally found in restaurants, food centres, markets, coffee shops or roadside stalls in Malaysia. But to prepare a bowl of full-flavored soup pan mee, you need to boil the soup, knead the dough, and fry the ikan bilis, which is a lot of work and trouble. So No Spicy No Life has launched one of the soup noodle series - Soup Pan Mee with 2 options of noodles which is thick and thin. A unique soup, crispy ikan bilis and firm noodles, just follow the cooking instructions and add the ingredients you want, the Soup Pan Mee is easy to complete!

Cooking Instruction:
1. Boil water & add in soup paste
2. Once water is boiling, add in noodles and cook for 5 -10 minutes
3. Add in toppings such as prawns, vege, fish cakes
4. Serve onto bowl, put anchovies and ready to eat

烹饪说明:
1. 倒入300ml-400ml的水和酱料一起煮沸。
2.. 加入面煮5-10分钟
3. 添加配料如海鲜,菇类或鱼饼

Quality noodles

The pan mee had a nice solid texture. If you want it softer just boil longer - the texture does not disintegrate easy. Good quality. Soup is tasty
