🥣Together with Tom Yum, Green Curry is one of the highly acclaimed dishes from Thailand. Compared to Malaysian's curry chicken, it is slightly sweeter, full of aromas, spices and savoury in flavors. The gravy goes really well with rice. The paste is very versatile; it can also be used to stir-fry with mixed vegetables.

🤤🍛🥥COOKING INSTRUCTION:
1. Curry Chicken - 120g of Nyonya Green Curry Paste with half chicken and 350ml water and 100ml coconut milk for 3 servings.
2. For Dry Green Curry Seafood - 120g of Nyonya Curry Paste and add 80ml water with 500g prawn/squids and coconut milk.
3. Can also be use for stir-fry mixed vegetables - cauliflower, carrots, baby corn, green, yellow and red bell pepper.

Size Variation: 120g / 500g

🙋‍♂️120g is good for 2-3 person per meal. The larger sizes is suitable if you have more guests or need to cook for more than 1 meal. For a larger size pack, do adjust the ingredients proportionately.

3.干青咖喱也可以用于炒混合蔬菜-花椰菜,胡萝卜,玉米,或各式灯笼椒。

🙋‍♂️每120公克的酱料可供于2 至3人。如果您有更多的客人或需要做一顿以上的饭菜,较大的包装会比较合适。对于大的包装,请按比例调整酱料。
