Mala Hotpot 麻辣香锅

Instructions:
1. Prepared ingredients: Vegetarian chicken, king oyster mushrooms, fried tofu, potatoes, carrots, beancurd, ginger, and cut all the ingredients as needed.
2. Fry ginger in hot oil until fragrant, then add all the ingredients and stir-fry
3. After stir-frying, add No Spicy No Life Mala Paste, you can add a teaspoon of salt (if needed)
4. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes and ready to serve

步骤:
1. 建议食材有素鸡、杏鲍菇、油豆腐、马铃薯、胡萝卜,腐竹,姜,将所有食材按需要切好。
2. 锅内再放少许油加入姜丝,然后把食材全部倒入炒香
3. 炒香后,加入不辣不爽花麻辣酱,可以加1茶匙盐调味(如需)
4. 翻炒3-5分钟 即可上桌
