Stir-Fry Lotus Root椒香莲藕

Instructions:
1. Prepare lotus root and ginger, cut into slice. Blanch the lotus for 2 minutes
2. Pour a little olive oil and shredded ginger into pan and stir-fry it, add 2 teaspoons of spiced peppers and chili sauce, and finally add lotus root
3. Stir fry for one minute
