🤤 Our Nyonya Curry paste is made with traditional Nyonya style recipe. It is based on a blend of local spices that Nyonya cooking is known for. The spice blend is carefully fried with oil to release the aroma from the spices. The aroma will blend easily with the water or coconut milk that you add on.

🍛 This simple yet amazing dish is always a crowd pleaser. You can prepare curry chicken to go with rice, with roti canai, dip with bread or go with noodles and chee cheong fun. Don’t forget throw in some potatoes if you are eating it with rice.

🤤🍛💖COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Curry Chicken - 120g of Nyonya Curry Paste with half chicken and 500ml water for 3 servings.
2. Curry Fish - 120g of Nyonya Curry Paste with 800g fish.
3. Curry Fish Head – 120g of Nyonya Curry Paste with 500ml water or Coconut Milk, can cater for 3 servings.
4. For Dry Curry Chicken/Ribs - 120g of Nyonya Curry Paste, half chicken or 800gm ribs, add 200ml water or coconut milk.
5. For Dry Curry Seafood - 120g of Nyonya Curry Paste and add 80ml water or coconut milk, 500g prawn/squids.
6. For Rendang Chicken/Ribs - 120g of Nyonya Curry Paste and add 100ml water or coconut milk, half chicken or 800g ribs, add kerisik.

120g is good for 2-3 person per meal. The bigger size is suitable if you have more guest or need to cook for more than 1 meal. For larger size pack, do adjust the ingredients proportionately.

5. 干咖喱海鲜: 娘惹咖喱酱120克, 500克虾/墨鱼, 80毫升水或椰奶。
6. Rendang鸡/肋骨: 娘惹咖喱酱120克，半只鸡或800克排骨，100毫升水或椰奶。
