No Spicy No Life's steamed fish sauce is made from a traditional Nyonya recipe. When you spread the paste across the fish or vegetables, a whiff of lemongrass, torch ginger and shrimp smell will fill the kitchen with its fragrance.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (200g paste serves 3 to 5 pax):
To steam :
1. Wash & dry fish thoroughly. Apply steam fish paste on fish. 200g of paste to 1-1.5kg of fish. Do adjust the ratio accordingly.
2. Once the water is boiled, steam the fish for approximately 10min. Steam at high heat. Adjust the duration based on fish size.
3. After 10min, remove fish from steamer. Garnish with spring onion & coriander.

To Stir-fry :
1. For 200g paste, stir- fry 700g of prawns / squid / chicken together with the paste for a few minutes.
2. Add in 100ml water and cook until water is reduced and serve it hot.

Size Variation: 200g (good for 3-5 person per meal)

No Spicy No Life的蒸鱼露采用传统的娘惹食谱制成。当倒在鱼或蔬菜上时,一阵柠檬香茅,火炬姜和虾味将使厨房充满香气。

烹饪说明(200g可食用3至5人):
蒸:
1.彻底洗净并擦干鱼。把蒸鱼酱倒在鱼上。200g酱料倒入1-1.5千克鱼中,请相应地调整比例。
2.水烧开后,蒸鱼约10分钟。高温蒸。根据鱼的大小调整持续时间。
3. 10分钟后,从蒸笼中取出鱼。配上葱和香菜。

炒:
1.对于200克的酱,将700克的虾/鱿鱼/鸡肉与酱一起炒几分钟。
2.加入100毫升水,煮至水分减少并煮沸为止。
