👉 You should really try this if you think the normal 'supermarket sold' paste are good or the instant noodle variations. This is homemade in Penang using family passed-down recipe prepared with fresh seafood that is in abundance at Penang. Tasted by Penangnites, loved by Penangnites.

🍜🥧🌶 Soup base is really one of the most important part of a good bowl of authentic Prawn Noodles, fondly known as Hokkien Mee in Penang. Hot, Savoury with hints of spicy and lots of the fresh aroma of seafood that is sure to fill up the kitchen and dining room. Be sure to choose your own toppings and make it a Prawn Mee feast for yourself and family. Check out the reviews we posted in the gallery.

🦐Usage: Each packet (250g) can serve 3 to 4 pax.

1. Penang Prawn Noodle:
Just add in 1.5 liter of hot water (4 large cups). You can add in chicken & pork meat and boil for 30 min before slicing the meat. Then boil prawns (3 pieces per bowl for 2 mins). The authentic Penang style would have Kang Kung and beansprout (boil 30 sec) and a boiled egg. Lastly, assemble all this together with your noodle and garnish with fried shallot.

🦐食用法:每包(250克)的酱料可提供3至4位。

🦐烹饪说明:
1.槟城虾面:
(A) 只需添加1.5公升热水(大约4个大的杯子)。如果您想汤底更加鲜甜, 那么你可以先将未切成薄片的鸡肉或猪肉加入汤里煮沸30分钟。之后才切成薄片铺在虾面上。
(B) 将大虾加入汤底(每碗大约3只)持续煮2分钟就可以了。
一碗地道的槟城风味虾面必需含有菠菜(Kangkung)和豆芽(煮30秒)再加一个水煮蛋。
最后,将这碗色香味俱全的汤底和面条一起拼和,并配上青葱或炸葱就能食用啦! 闻到了吗?那鲜甜的虾面汤底,必定令你垂涎三尺, 回味无穷!🙋‍♂️
