Preparing for reunion dinner? Friends or relative coming over? Not to worry, our Vegetarian Spicy Hotpot Bundle helps you whip up a hotpot meal easily. All you need to prepare is to buy the fresh food to go with the hotpot!

👩‍🍳Preparation:
1. Dilute 360g of Spicy Mala Hotpot paste in 3 liter of boiling water (good for 10-15 person). Boil this in a separate pot from the hotpot so that you can top up the soup as the meal move along.
2. If you prefer it to be more spicy, add a few spoonful of of Spicy Peppercorn Chili; or you can leave the Chili in a bowl for your guest to add into their own soup.
3. Throw in celery as garnishing.
4. Cook the panmee in the hotpot when it is needed. Leave it in the hotpot for 3-4 minutes

Hotpot Material Suggestion:
Non-Vegetarian
Seafood - fish & prawn (auspicious for CNY), squid, mussels or clams
Meat - sliced pork or beef
Balls - fish, pork, squid

Vegetarian
Tofu - silky tofu, fried tofu skin, dried tofu
Vege - mushroom, needle mushroom, any green vegetables

Condiment/Dipping Sauce: Spicy Peppercorn Chili

If you have leftover hotpot paste, do keep it and use it to make Spicy Mala Soup Noodle. It can also be used for normal cooking.

👩‍🍳烹饪说明:
