🍜 From a Malaccan family's kitchen, we bring you the Nyonya Laksa (Vegetarian version) which is often found in the southern states of Malacca and Johor. Like the curry laksa, this version of curry laksa is slightly lighter, and has hints of sour spicy sweetness in it, owing to the lemongrass and galangal in its ingredients.

👩‍🌾With this Vegetarian Curry laksa Paste, the devil is in the spicy and aromatic paste that needs to be slowly fried off for as long as possible for all its amazing flavours to develop. We found the perfect mix of the ingredients and have pre-cooked this paste for your convenience. So all you need is to add coconut milk, noodles, and your favorite condiments to make this your own version of Nyonya Curry Laksa.

👨‍🍳Cooking Instructions (200g can serve 4 pax)
1. Add 200g of Nyonya Curry Laksa Paste to 1.2 litres of water and 150ml of coconut milk.
2. Boil mock meat, vegetarian tofu, bean sprout, long beans, and noodles.
3. Pour the Nyonya Curry Laksa soup into it.
Ready to serve with a small spoonful of our Kolo Chili / Peppercorn Chili.

3. 倒入娘惹咖喱叻沙汤。
