How We Started

We started out with a local paste maker in Penang, and if you think about Penang, you will start to  think of all the amazing food that little island has to offer.

One of the first products we launched was the Penang Prawn Mee. Prawn Mee, also know as Hokkien Mee is not easy to make from scratch as there is a lot to prepare.

We were quite excited to be able to bring this paste to the market and provided ideas how to make use of this very delicious cooking paste to recreate your favorite prawn mee from Penang.

Hidden Gems

Malaysia has a lot of hidden gems and we found another manufacturer in Malacca who makes amazing Nyonya cooking pastes and hence from there we expanded our range to cover really nice cooking pastes such as Nyonya Asam Paste, Pongteh, Curry Paste and some amazing delicious crispy shrimp chili , peppercorn chili and hae bee hiam. 

Some of our best selling products today are the Prawn mee paste, Tom Yum paste, curry pastes, Crispy Shrimp Chilli, the Spicy Kolo Mee, Crispy Shrimp Pan Mee.
