It is freshly delivered to us weekly in Kuala Lumpur. To preserve freshness, we only deliver to Klang Valley patrons only. Besides being sold by hawkers in Penang, Lorbak is a prominent feature in all Nyonya restaurants in Penang. It is also one of the festive dishes among Chinese families in Penang.

🎈🎈Like any real Penang Lorbak, it is crispy on the outside and juicy (but not under-cooked) on the inside. The meat filling is fragrant with five-spiced seasoning and other ingredients.
